No shipping, courier delivery, or alternative pickup arrangements will be provided for any order made for any of the three products under the AO x DASH Collection. They are available on pre-order only and are collectible exclusively at the AO Official Store near the Rod Laver Arena from January 12- Feb 1.

Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of DASH Diamonds
