Shipping policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Dash Diamonds™ (“Dash Diamonds™”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through the Platform.
1. Shipping Coverage
1.1 Dash Diamonds™ offers worldwide shipping, subject at all times to applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export-control requirements, security considerations and logistical constraints.
1.2 Certain destinations may be restricted or unavailable due to customs regulations, trade restrictions or sanctions, governmental directives, security concerns, or limitations imposed by courier or logistics partners.
2. Processing and Dispatch
2.1 All products offered by Dash Diamonds™ are bespoke, made-to-order and/or customised goods and shall be processed and dispatched only after:
(a) confirmation of the order;
(b) successful authorisation and receipt of payment; and
(c) completion of applicable quality checks, certifications and inspections (including IGI or equivalent certification, where applicable).
2.2 Any estimated processing, dispatch or delivery timelines communicated on the Platform or otherwise are indicative only and shall not be construed as guaranteed or binding delivery commitments.
3. Shipping Charges
3.1 Standard shipping charges, if any, shall be borne by Dash Diamonds™.
3.2 Requests for expedited delivery, special handling, alternative logistics arrangements or bespoke shipping requirements may attract additional charges, which shall be communicated to the customer prior to dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
4.1 Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.2 Customs authorities in the destination jurisdiction may require additional documentation, declarations or verification from the customer or Dash Diamonds™, which may impact processing or delivery timelines.
4.3 Dash Diamonds™ shall not be responsible or liable for delays, holds or non-delivery arising from customs clearance processes, regulatory inspections or actions of governmental or regulatory authorities.
5. Delivery Timelines
5.1 Delivery timelines may vary depending on factors including, without limitation:
(a) the destination and shipping route;
(b) customs clearance and regulatory approvals;
(c) force majeure events; and
(d) disruptions or delays attributable to courier services, airlines or logistics partners.
5.2 Dash Diamonds™ shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6. Risk and Title
6.1 Title to, and risk in, the product shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the product to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise mandatorily required under applicable law.
6.2 Customers shall ensure that accurate and complete delivery details are provided and that an authorised recipient is available at the delivery address to accept delivery.
7. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
7.1 Dash Diamonds™ shall not be responsible or liable for delays, losses or non-delivery arising due to:
(a) incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate address or contact details provided by the customer;
(b) absence or unavailability of the recipient at the delivery address; or
(c) repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.
7.2 Any costs associated with re-delivery, re-routing, storage or return of the shipment arising from the circumstances set out in Clause 7.1 shall be borne solely by the customer.
8. Tracking and Insurance
8.1 Shipment tracking details shall be shared with the customer once the order has been dispatched.
8.2 Shipments shall be insured up to the point of delivery, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of the applicable courier or logistics service provider.
9. Force Majeure
Dash Diamonds™ shall not be liable for any delay, failure or inability to ship or deliver products arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labour disruptions, war, terrorism, or failures of transportation or communication systems.
